1. Project Payments

Nainix operates on a tiered commission model. While we provide the connection hub, we do not hold project-related payments in escrow.

Therefore, Nainix cannot issue refunds for project work completed between Clients and Freelancers. Any disputes must be handled directly between the parties involved.

2. Platform Fees & Subscriptions

Fees paid for premium plans (Featured Boost, Verification, or AI Pro) and platform commissions are used to maintain server infrastructure and development. All platform-related fees and subscription payments are final and non-refundable.

3. Questions

If you have questions about how billing and payments should be handled externally, we recommend using secure third-party platforms (like Razorpay, Stripe, or direct bank transfers) and drafting clear freelance contracts before starting work.
